Please read the following information before placing an order with Make Your Time.

CUSTOM-BUILT WATCHES

Many Make Your Time watches are individually assembled according to the customer's selected configuration.

This may include the customer's choice of dial, case, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, movement and other available components.

Custom-built watches made according to your selected configuration are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the watch:

Is defective;
Arrives damaged;
Does not match the configuration ordered;
Is incorrectly assembled;
Otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract.

Customers should carefully review their selected configuration before completing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may automatically cancel an eligible order until the order enters processing.

For custom-built watches, an order is considered to have entered processing once preparation, sourcing or assembly of the customer's selected configuration has begun.

Once an order has entered processing, automatic cancellation will no longer be available.

For custom-built watches, cancellation after processing has started may not be accepted because the watch is being prepared specifically according to the customer's selected specifications.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

14-DAY RETURNS

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Returned products must be in an appropriate condition and customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

The statutory 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists.

In particular, goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, custom-built Make Your Time watches assembled according to the customer's selected configuration are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where they fall within this legal exception.

PROCESSING TIME

Every Make Your Time custom watch is individually prepared and assembled.

Please allow up to approximately 3 weeks for preparation, assembly, inspection and dispatch.

This processing period is separate from the shipping carrier's delivery time.

Up to approximately 3 weeks processing + carrier delivery time

Customers ordering for a particular date, birthday, event or occasion should take this timeframe into consideration before ordering.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are normally paid by the customer.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, Make Your Time may offer:

Free shipping;
Discounted shipping;
Promotional shipping;
Free shipping above a specified order value.

Where such an offer applies, it will be expressly stated on the website, promotional material or checkout.

Unless free or discounted shipping is expressly indicated, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping cost.

WATER DAMAGE

Make Your Time watches are not sold or guaranteed as waterproof.

Customers should avoid exposing their watch to water or excessive moisture.

Water damage caused by exposure to water is not covered under warranty.

Customers should not wear their watch while swimming, showering, bathing or diving and should not intentionally submerge the watch.

This does not affect mandatory statutory rights where water ingress results from an original manufacturing or assembly defect for which Make Your Time is legally responsible.

Make Your Time is an independent custom watch business.

Make Your Time is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Seiko Watch Corporation, Seiko Group Corporation or any of their affiliated companies.

Make Your Time watches are independently assembled custom watches and are not official Seiko watches.

Certain watches may incorporate a genuine NH35 automatic movement, where expressly stated in the relevant product description.

Certain aftermarket components may bear third-party trademarks.

All third-party trademarks, logos and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

The presence of a third-party trademark or component does not mean that the complete custom watch has been manufactured, assembled, approved, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by that third party.

WARRANTY

New watches sold by Make Your Time are covered by the applicable statutory consumer guarantee.
